Silverstone is perhaps most famous as being the UK's Formula One circuit. It truly is a magical place for fans of motorsport and continues to draw large crowds to all of the motorsport events it hosts.

Nowadays as well as hosting international motorsport events Silverstone is also renowned for its driving experiences, corporate entertainment and of course the new Porsche driving experience centre.

Silverstone Circuit driving and parking

Silverstone is conveniently situated right in the heart of the UK, approximately 90 minutes north of London and 60 minutes south of Birmingham. Road access is exceptionally easy along the A43 dual carriageway from either the M40 or M1.

Due to it hosting International motorsport events Silverstone is well setup to cater for visitor parking. There are many car parking areas dotted around the circuit. Be aware that during big events it can take a while to get into and out of the complex.
